Sankofa Life Sciences Academy is a community-rooted learning home where students in grades 8–12 and veterans gain hands-on access to biotechnology, agriculture, health science, AI and entrepreneurship. We turn curiosity into real laboratory skill while helping learners see themselves as scientists, inventors and leaders.

Our classrooms connect biology to the world outside the lab. Students explore cell culture, microbiology, genetics, food science, marine science, bioinformatics and sustainable growing through projects that solve real neighborhood problems. College guidance, workforce certificates and mentors create a clear bridge from discovery to opportunity.

Sankofa means reaching back to recover what is valuable and carrying it forward. The Academy joins cultural knowledge, scientific rigor and community responsibility.
